SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will my order ship?

At Goalz, we make your chocolates fresh. Typically, our chocolatier creates your order within 1 day, and we will ship in 1 business day. However, sometimes an excessive number of orders or weather conditions may extend the shipping date up to 3 days. 

In Summer days, all orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

What are your shipping options?

OCT-MAY: For most US states, we ship FREE for orders $39 and up. For those states, customers have the option to choose  Goalz Standard Plus Shipping for a $4.99 flat rate and Goalz Express Shipping option for a $8.99 flat rate.  Orders with high-temperature destinations will be shipped with ice-packs and insulated bags/boxes. The shipping fee for these destinations is $8.99 with Express Shipping.

Goalz Standard Plus Shipping service uses our Standard Shipping method; however, we prioritize making the chocolates of our customers who purchased Goalz Standard Plus or Express shipping methods. 

Goalz Express Shipping also uses 2-Day Express shipping services such as FedEx 2-Day shipping.

JUNE-SEP: In the summer months, we ship all orders expedited service with ice packs and insulated materials (summer pack). The summer pack shipping is $8.99 for all orders below $69, and we ship FREE for orders $69 and up.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We have started offering shipping to Canada. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping options to other countries due to the perishable nature of our products.

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and to our armed troops overseas. Please be advised that we cannot offer refunds if your order melts during shipment to these areas and Canada. Please inquire about the shipping cost.

Will my chocolate melt during shipment? 

We will ship your order with cooling packs to avoid melting during shipment in these four months depending on the weather conditions: June,July, August, September. If your chocolate has melted, please contact us at support@thegoalz.com
