Allulose is a rare sugar found in fruits such as figs, grapes etc. It has the same molecule structure as fructose. Because it isn't metabolized by the body, it does not raise blood sugar or insulin levels and provides minimal calories. Best of all, unlike erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit, it tastes like sugar.
Inulin is a type of soluble fiber found in many plants. It is a "fructan" - meaning that it is made up of chains of fructose molecules that are linked together in a way that cannot be digested by your small intestine. It doesn't impact blood glucose levels. It feeds gut-friendly bacteria and helps develop healthy gut flora.

Orders usually ship within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your orders. However, depending on the weather condition, we may choose to delay some shipments 1 or 2 days to prevent melting. Between June and September, we don't ship Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
For the continental US, we ship FREE for orders $45 and up. For orders less than $45, we have Goalz Priority Shipping for $6.99 flat rate and Goalz Priority with Insulated Box and Ice Packs for $9.95 flat rate. For faster delivery, other shipping options are available via UPS or USPS. No international shipping is available.
Due to perishable nature of our products, we only ship within the U.S..
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and to our armed troops overseas. Please be advised that we cannot offer refunds, if your order melts during shipment to these areas. Please inquire the shipping cost.

Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the event of melting or for damaged orders. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days upon delivery receipt. Please note that we do not refund for broken chocolate discs.

We also have a 'Love at First Bite' taste satisfaction policy. We do offer a one-time taste or allergy refund for orders of $26 or less. If your order is more than $26 there will be no (partial) refunds.
